Mia Fiedler is a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group within Holland & Knight's Litigation Section. Ms. Fiedler focuses her practice in the areas of patent prosecution, patent litigation and intellectual property licensing. She has worked on patent prosecution matters involving software, including cloud-computing, server and desktop virtualization, software-as-a-service, web-based applications, graphical user interfaces, databases, wireless and mobile technologies, network security, data compression, hypervisors, thin-client technology, digital rights management, network encryption, and online advertising; electronics; and consumer devices. Ms. Fiedler has also been involved in the preparation of validity and infringement opinions.
