Marc L. Antonecchia is a partner in Holland & Knight's New York Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Antonecchia has a broad litigation practice, with particular emphasis on aviation, commercial, product-liability and insurance matters. Mr. Antonecchia's experience in aviation-related matters includes commercial disputes and mass torts. He has represented domestic and foreign aircraft and engine leasing companies in numerous purchase and lease contract disputes involving airframes and engines resulting in the return of equipment through injunctive relief and settlement. He has defended airlines in aviation disaster litigation and is part of the team representing Air France in multidistrict litigation arising out of the Flight 447 accident in the mid-Atlantic Ocean. He is an editor of Holland & Knight's aviation newsletter, Centerline, and has authored and contributed to several articles concerning maintenance, regulatory, commercial and passenger rights issues, and the Cape Town Convention.
