Mark Steger is a Partner in the Public Policy and Regulation Group of Holland & Knight, where he is a member of the firm's Environmental Team. Mr. Steger regularly provides counseling to clients on environmental regulatory matters and performs environmental compliance audits. He has extensive experience with environmental regulations relating to air pollution, water pollution, solid and hazardous waste management, underground storage tanks, public water supplies, wetlands, landfill siting and noise pollution. He also has been involved in representing clients in rulemaking, permitting, variance and enforcement matters under federal, state and local environmental statutes and ordinances.
