C. Edward Kuntz practices in the areas of commercial real estate, real estate loan workouts and creditors' rights. He has represented institutional lenders and investors in connection with real estate loan portfolio acquisitions and sales, real estate loan closings, disposition of real estate-owned properties, intercreditor agreements, and numerous other types of real estate-related transactions. In addition, Mr. Kuntz has substantial experience in real estate loan workouts and remedy enforcement, including real estate foreclosures, receiverships and deed-in-lieu of foreclosure transactions. In addition to representing lenders, he has represented both buyers and sellers in commercial real estate transactions.
