Oliya S. Zamaray practices with Holland & Knight's Government Contracts Group. As part of her practice, Ms. Zamaray represents government contractors in bid protests before the U.S. Government Accountability Office, as well as size protests and appeals before the U.S. Small Business Administration's Office of Hearings and Appeals. Ms. Zamaray counsels prime contractors and subcontractors on a variety of matters in federal government contracting, including regulatory compliance, subcontract terms and conditions, and procurement integrity issues. She also reviews purchase agreements and conducts due diligence for government contractors engaged in mergers and acquisitions.
