Philip T. (“Pete”) Evans is the Practice Group Leader for the firm’s Mid-Atlantic Litigation Group. He concentrates in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate development, bankruptcy & creditor’s rights, software implementation and systems integration, employment matters, and estates and trusts litigation. Mr. Evans has litigated matters in state and federal courts and in a variety of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) settings. He actively counsels public and private companies in risk and litigation avoidance, and helps craft short and long term solutions in "crisis" situations.
