Philip Wong is Senior Counsel in the Chicago office of Holland & Knight. Mr. Wong practices in the area of commercial real estate with an emphasis in real estate acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing. He represents real estate developers, syndicators, lenders, landlords, and tenants in the acquisition, development, financing, and leasing of shopping centers, office buildings, apartment buildings, and industrial buildings. He has negotiated over a dozen leases of high-end retail boutiques and office space on Oak Street in Chicago (the Rodeo Drive of Chicago). He also has represented a major title insurer in the sale of one of its title plants.
