Paul Kilmer practices in the areas of trademark, copyright and unfair competition law. He is experienced in trademark and copyright registration and protection worldwide, negotiating intellectual property license and assignment agreements, litigation, import issues, intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions, Internet domain name matters, and counseling in the fields of the right of publicity, labeling and false advertising law.
In addition to his regular practice, Mr. Kilmer lectures to professional groups on copyright and trademark topics in the United States and abroad, including presentations in Thailand, Hong Kong, the Republic of China (Taiwan), Turkey, Paraguay and Canada.
