K. Patrick Meehan practices in the areas of securities law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate, finance, and general business law, with special emphasis on transactions involving telecommunications and technology companies. Mr. Meehan has handled numerous transactions involving the purchase and sale of cellular telephone, cable television, radio and television broadcasting, technology and Internet companies. Mr. Meehan served as Vice-President/General Counsel of a public company and currently provides counsel to clients regarding securities law compliance, including compliance with the provisions of the Sarbanes/Oxley Act. Mr. Meehan has also represented start-up companies in initial financing, venture capital financing and merger and acquisition transactions.
