Peter Prieto, a former federal prosecutor, practices in the areas of complex civil litigation and white collar criminal defense. He has represented clients, including Fortune 500 companies, in a wide array of civil litigation, including business, employment, securities, antitrust, products liability, RICO and class action litigation, and is Chair of the firm's national Litigation Section.
