Patrick Ryan Tierney is an associate in Holland & Knight's Washington office. Mr. Tierney practices in the area of commercial real estate transactions. He has experience representing institutional lenders in complex, large-scale real estate transactions, assisting developers in purchasing and developing property, representing commercial property owners and managers with respect to GSA leases and other governmental property issues, office and retail leasing matters, hospitality matters, handling commercial real estate tax assessments and appeals, and representing clients in multiple other general commercial real estate transactions.
