Mr. Schreiber also is experienced in issues relating to drug and alcohol testing, the WARN Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, military leave, wrongful discharge, employee handbooks, employment contracts, covenants not to compete, separation agreements, unemployment compensation benefits claims and various other employment related matters.
