Phillip Schreiber has experience in employment discrimination litigation before federal and state fair employment practice administrative agencies and federal and state courts. Mr. Schreiber also has experience in issues relating to federal and state wage and hour laws, the WARN Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, drug and alcohol testing, wrongful discharge issues, employee handbooks, including drafting and review, employment contracts, covenants not to compete, including drafting and enforcement, separation agreements, unemployment compensation benefits claims and various other employment related matters. Mr. Schreiber also has experience in union elections, contract arbitration and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, as well as ERISA and employee benefits experience.
