Paul C. Workman

Paul C. Workman is the executive partner in the Los Angeles office of Holland & Knight with nearly 30 years of experience litigating complex business disputes in the state and federal courts in California. Mr. Workman has represented both U.S. and foreign clients in jury and bench trials in the state and federal trial courts in California and in related appellate proceedings in the California Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of California, and the U. S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He also has extensive experience representing clients in international and domestic arbitrations administered under rules promulgated by the American Arbitration Association, the International Chamber of Commerce, and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law. Mr. Workman's litigation experience also includes years of case mediations and other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
