Paul C. Workman is a Partner resident in the Los Angeles Office of Holland & Knight. He is the leader of the firm’s Southern California Litigation Practice Group. He has 25 years of experience litigating complex business disputes in the state and federal courts in California. Mr. Workman has represented clients in jury and bench trials in the state and federal trial courts in California and in related appellate proceedings in the California Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of California, and the U. S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Reflecting his breadth of experience, Mr. Workman's cases have involved claims of fraud and negligent misrepresentation, breach of contract, licensing disputes, business torts, antitrust, unfair competition, trademark infringement, employment termination, insurance coverage, joint venture and partnership disputes, real estate and environmental clean-up cost recovery. He also has extensive experience representing clients in arbitrations and mediations.
