Rod Anderson practices in the areas of bankruptcy and creditors’ rights and credit litigation. His experience includes banking and creditors’ rights, representing various types of financial institutions and other creditors, including commercial banks, finance subsidiaries of manufacturers, insurance companies, corporations and individuals. Mr. Anderson’s practice includes a wide range of representation of these types of clients in litigation, appeals, negotiation of workouts and documentation of loan transactions. He handles litigation in federal district and bankruptcy courts and the state courts with a focus on creditors’ rights issues such as credit litigation, lien enforcement and priority contest actions, mortgage foreclosures, lender liability actions, fraudulent transfer actions and other types of credit litigation.
