Rod Anderson concentrates his practice in bankruptcy, commercial credit litigation, workouts, financial restructuring and commercial finance. He regularly represents banks, insurance companies, financial institutions, investors, debtors, and other parties in litigation and financial matters. Mr. Anderson's practice includes a wide range of representation of these types of clients in workouts, litigation, and bankruptcy cases, including Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. His extensive bankruptcy practice has involved representation with a wide range of clients including secured creditors, creditors' committees, equity interests, lenders, purchasers of assets, landlords, licensors, and debtors-in-possession as well as parties in adversary proceedings. He also represents parties in litigation in Federal District Courts, Bankruptcy Courts, and State Courts involving a wide range of issues relating to creditors' rights issues such as credit litigation, lien enforcement and priority contest actions, mortgage foreclosures, lender liability actions, fraudulent transfer actions and other types of credit litigation.
