Robin B. Hayes is a partner in the firm with over 20 years real estate experience in the areas of commercial leasing, property acquisitions and sales, and property management. Her leasing experience includes both landlord and tenant representation in office, retail, industrial and ground lease transactions. Her transactional experience includes the representation of publicly-traded companies, REIT's, institutional investors such as life insurance companies and pension funds, private investors such as partnerships and joint ventures, non-profit organizations, and trade associations. Ms. Hayes' practice also includes advising clients on a variety of real estate related workout arrangements and monitoring litigation arising from real estate transactions. A related practice area includes assistance in the filing and processing of all regulatory permit, licensing and occupancy applications.
