Richard Duvall is the Practice Group Leader of the firm's National Government Contracts practice group, and is a Partner in the firm’s Northern Virginia and Washington D.C. offices. His practice focuses on government contracts litigation and civil litigation. He has handled a wide variety of government contract cases, including bid protests, disputes concerning termination of contracts, claims under the Contract Disputes Act, suspension and debarment proceedings, defense of Civil False Claims Act cases and investigations, defense of audits and investigations, procurement integrity matters, GSA holdover and other government lease disputes, civil litigation involving Government Contracts or subcontracts, and advice on a wide range of matters. In the commercial litigation arena, Mr. Duvall has handled substantial contract disputes, tortious interference and breach of contract cases, arbitration proceedings, fraud claims, condemnation cases, and a wide variety of other commercial litigation matters.
