Robert G. McCauley practices primarily in the area of commercial real estate. His practice consists of the representation of commercial real estate developers and lending institutions with respect to numerous retail, commercial and residential projects. His activities on behalf of his clients have caused him to be directly involved in the planning and negotiations of all phases of development, including acquisition, financing, private and public land use regulations, construction, sales and leasing of office buildings/parks, regional malls and strip shopping centers, single family subdivision, condominiums and apartment projects, large tract, mixed use developments, medium and high rise urban and suburban office building projects and resort developments.
