Robert J. Grammig is the leader of Holland & Knightâs firmwide securities practice. He has practiced in the areas of corporate finance, securities law, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law, commercial law, and international business transactions. His practice currently includes a wide range of corporate, securities and commercial law matters, including: public offerings registered under the federal and state securities laws, private placements under the federal and state securities laws, mergers and acquisitions, periodic reporting and compliance matters under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, registrations under the Trust Indenture Act of 1939 and related compliance issues, corporate governance matters; contests for corporate control, and various commercial law matters. He has devoted part of his practice to international business transactions, representing both United States and foreign entities.
