Richard B. Hadlow practices in the areas of securities law, corporate law, partnership law, corporate finance and mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Before joining the business law department of Holland & Knight as a partner in the fall of 2002, Mr. Hadlow was a shareholder and member of the executive committee at his previous law firm, where he served as managing shareholder for seven years (1995-2001).
