Robert L. Ivey ("Bob"), a litigation partner in Holland & Knight's Los Angeles office, heads the firm's California Construction Law practice. For more than thirty years of law practice, his work has been centered in construction litigation, government contract disputes, and complex commercial litigation, expecially cases involving technical issues. He has conducted court and jury trials, arbitrations, mediations, and appeals in construction and in commercial cases, and he has litigated cases in the Court of Federal Claims and in boards of contract appeals.
