Rebecca Martel Koegel practices in the area of corporate law, representing businesses in a range of transactions with an emphasis on general corporation, partnership and limited liability company matters, including negotiating and drafting various agreements. Her practice also includes a wide variety of entertainment law matters, particularly entity formation, private placement memorandum, operating agreements, production agreements, distribution agreements, and intellectual property matters such as assignments, licenses and advising clients on issues of fair use of copyrighted material. Prior to joining the Holland & Knight's corporate department, Ms. Koegel was a successful commercial litigator for four years.
