Bob Labate is a partner with a national reputation in two distinct practice areas: complex corporate restructuring and transactional entertainment. He also serves as Co-Chair of the Pro-Bono Committee for the Chicago Office of Holland & Knight.
As described in a 2005 profile in The Deal, Bob represents corporate clients in complex restructuring matters both in title 11 cases and in consensual workout arrangements. Additionally he is a leading entertainment attorney particularly in the areas of developing, financing and distributing digital media, film and television programming. He represents an array of international media and production companies as well as industry professionals. Mr. Labate is an adjunct professor at DePaul University School of Law.
