Ryan M. Bathie is an associate in the Real Estate Group in the firm's New York office and Abu Dhabi office (residency pending). His practice emphasis is on representing foreign and domestic entities in commercial real estate transactions, including real estate acquisitions and dispositions, institutional and equity financing, leasing, asset management and the formation of partnerships and joint venture entities. Mr. Bathie is also experienced in negotiating and drafting hotel and resort management agreements, including management, development, and related agreements for condominiums and other legal aspects of hotel and resort development and operations in the United States and abroad.
