Richard Pincus has devoted his entire professional career to the practice of labor and employment law. Prior to entering private practice, he served as a trial and supervisory attorney with the National Labor Relations Board. Since entering private practice, he has handled a broad range of issues for employers including numerous employment cases before administrative agencies and federal trial and appellate courts, dealing with race, age, sex and disability discrimination. He also has devoted a substantial portion of his practice dealing with traditional labor matters including union organizing campaigns, arbitrations and collective bargaining. His client base includes employers in the health care, construction, newspaper and retail industries.
