Robert W. Dillon is a Senior Counsel in the Fort Lauderdale office of Holland & Knight and has over 20 years of experience in aircraft leasing and finance transactions. Mr. Dillon retired in 2006 from the Commercial Aviation Services unit of the General Electric Company where he was Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel. During his tenure with GE he negotiated complex aircraft equipment transactions with major airlines, aircraft manufacturers and other aviation vendors and suppliers in the United States and on a worldwide basis. He also coordinated funding sources including banks and other institutional investors on both an equity and debt basis.
