Richard W. Petty's practice focuses on litigation involving trust, estate, conservatorship and guardianship matters, both at the trial court level and at the appellate court level. He is an experienced trial attorney who has litigated numerous matters involving trusts and estates with interests in complex commercial businesses and substantial real estate holdings, both inside and outside of the United States. His practice has a particular emphasis on the overlap between trust litigation and real estate litigation, including disputes involving partnerships, limited liabilities companies, fraudulent conveyances, title insurance and various tort claims.
