He has represented closely held businesses, publicly traded corporations, medical practices, hospitals, and nonprofit corporations in connection with a wide variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, venture capital financings, executive compensation, commercial financings, tax exempt bond financing, debt and corporate restructuring, and leveraged buyouts.
