Stephen A. Bogorad is a Partner in the Holland & Knight's Mid-Atlantic Litigation Group. Mr. Bogorad is a trial lawyer and appellate advocate engaged in the commercial litigation and bankruptcy practices. Mr. Bogorad's practice focuses on contract and business tort litigation, partnership disputes, real estate disputes and representation of creditors and other non-debtor parties in bankruptcy cases. Mr. Bogorad also regularly counsels and represents lawyers on legal ethics and professional liability matters.
