Susan J. Booth is a partner in the Real Estate Group
at Holland & Knight. She counsels domestic and international commercial banks,
pension funds, real estate developers, institutional funds and REITs on a
variety of real-estate matters, ranging from secured lending transactions
(acquisition, development, construction, revolving, permanent, mezzanine, and
Shari'ah compliant), post-financing asset management, workouts, deeds-in-lieu,
REOs, purchases/sales, leasing and property management. She has extensive
experience in negotiating, drafting and successfully closing large commercial
transactions involving shopping centers, office buildings, industrial parks,
and residential and commercial planned developments.
