Shayle P. Fox is a Partner in Holland & Knight's Chicago office, where he focuses his practice on commercial law, commercial litigation, employment law and labor relations.
In almost 50 years of practice, Mr. Fox has divided his time between labor relations and general corporate business matters. He has successfully tried numerous law suits and argued many appeals involving labor and commercial issues before several appellate courts, including the United State and Illinois Supreme Courts. He has represented corporate clients in substantial business transactions, including major acquisitions, dispositions and financings.
