Steven L. Gillman is a Partner at Holland & Knight and Co-leader of the Chicago Labor & Employment Group. Mr. Gillman's practice emphasizes employment litigation, including claims of discrimination, wrongful discharge, breach of contract, misappropriation and use of trade secrets, defamation and other torts arising in the employment setting. He has extensive first-chair trial experience. He has appeared in cases in more than 25 states, and has tried cases in eight states. He has also handled a broad range of issues for unionized clients, including numerous labor arbitrations, and client's undergoing union organizing campaigns.
