Steven L. D'Alessandro is a partner in the firm's New York office and is a member of the Litigation Section, primarily focusing on white collar criminal defense, internal corporate investigations and related civil litigation. A former federal prosecutor for over nine years, Mr. D'Alessandro has substantial trial and appellate experience, as well as extensive experience conducting investigations and working with federal and state law enforcement and regulatory agencies. Before becoming a federal prosecutor, Mr. D'Alessandro was a senior attorney with the U.S. Customs Service for several years and has a wealth of experience with both administrative and judicial forfeiture, as well as regulatory and other matters involving the international border.
