Susan M. Reutershan
practices in the area of land use, zoning, land development, real estate, administrative and municipal law. She has extensive experience representing clients in all phases of the land use and development process including rezonings, special use permits, variances, preliminary plans of subdivision, comprehensive sketch plans, project plans, site plans, historic preservation issues, building and occupancy permits, impact fees, water and sewer category changes, master plans, annexations, vested rights, adequacy of public facilities, and zoning text amendments. She has represented clients before various administrative bodies in the State of Maryland, in various Maryland Counties and municipalities, and in appellate proceedings before the Circuit Courts of Maryland, the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland, and the Court of Appeals of Maryland.
