Stacie Polashuk Nelson is a member of the firm's Private Wealth Services Group, and concentrates her practice on trusts and estates litigation and contentious administration, including will and trust contests, disputed conservatorships, breach of fiduciary duty matters and elder abuse matters. Since 1998, Ms. Nelson has focused on assisting clients in all aspects of contentious trust, estate and conservatorship matters, including client counseling, mediation, settlement negotiations and litigation through trial. Ms. Nelson’s clients include individuals, families, charities, and professional and institutional fiduciaries. In addition, Ms. Nelson also devotes a portion of her practice to pro bono legal services, offering legal services to the Wounded Warriors Program, which assists injured military veterans returning from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
