Stephen L. Taber has practiced law since 1976, focusing on public agencies, nonprofit organizations, housing development and public finance. Mr. Taber's broad experience in the financing of public and nonprofit projects includes an emphasis on multifamily housing, health facilities, senior care and housing, education, public infrastructure and mass transit. He has served as counsel to numerous nonprofit corporations and as underwriter’s counsel and bond counsel in both tax-exempt and taxable borrowing transactions.
