Steve Varick is a member of the firm’s Chicago office. For more than 20 years, Mr. Varick has litigated a wide range of matters, trying cases to juries and judges in scores of substantive areas, including labor and employment claims, environmental matters, insurance disputes, antitrust, and general business litigation. He has extensive experience in all phases of the trial process from emergency injunction hearings through trial and appeal, including appeals to the Illinois and Federal Courts of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Varick also handles arbitration and mediation, both as an advocate and an arbitrator.
