Steve Varick is a member of the firm's Chicago office. For more than 30 years, Mr. Varick has litigated a wide range of matters, trying cases to juries and judges in scores of substantive areas, including securities litigation and arbitration, insurance coverage claims, antitrust claims and counseling, shareholder disputes, and other forms of business litigation. He has extensive experience in all phases of the trial process from emergency injunction hearings through trial and appeal, including appeals to the Illinois and Federal Courts of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
