Susan W. Drewke is a partner in the Private Wealth Services Group in Chicago and a member of the Trusts, Estates and Fiduciary Dispute Resolution Team. Ms. Drewke concentrates her practice in the areas of trusts and estates litigation, dispute resolution, fiduciary advising on contested trust and estate matters, tax controversy, strategic planning to avoid, manage or resolve contested trust and estate matters on behalf of corporate or individual fiduciaries, individual and charitable beneficiaries, and closely held family businesses. Ms. Drewke has handled contested trust or estate matters in multiple jurisdictions within the United States. She has a background in sophisticated estate planning and administration and maintains a current knowledge of sophisticated planning issues, including relevant estate, gift, income and generation-skipping transfer tax issues that are critical in representing clients in contested estate and trust matters.
