Thomas McIntosh is an associate in Holland & Knight's Washington, D.C., office and a member of the firm's Mid-Atlantic Litigation Group. Mr. McIntosh's practice focuses on the areas of general commercial litigation and bankruptcy. His litigation experience includes matters involving breach of contract, real estate disputes, condemnation and eminent domain, landlord-tenant and non-compete agreements. Mr. McIntosh also has significant experience representing Indian tribes in breach-of-trust litigation against the United States government.
