Tom Kinasz is a Partner in the Business Law Section in the Chicago office of Holland & Knight. Mr. Kinasz concentrates his practice on counseling organizations, individuals and businesses on a wide range of federal and state taxation issues, including income tax planning, wealth conservation, executive compensation and charitable giving. He also has substantial involvement in planning the organization, structure and operation of various forms of business entities such as partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies. Mr. Kinasz has considerable experience advising not-for-profit organizations as to federal and state tax matters. He is a frequent participant in tax and business-oriented seminars for professional and civic groups.
