Toby Rose Mallen is an attorney in the Corporate Department of the Los Angeles Office of Holland & Knight. Ms. Mallen has a broad international business practice, which has included representation of multi-national corporations based in the U.S. and abroad, partnerships and other business associations, and individual business people. Her practice includes counseling corporations and other entities, as well as officers and directors, on all aspects of doing business in California. She has extensive experience drafting and negotiating various agreements in connection with doing business in California, including agreements related to the purchase and sale of business assets, stock and real property; mergers and acquisitions; the purchase, sale and distribution of various goods; formation and operation of partnerships and limited partnerships; and secured transactions. Over the years, Ms. Mallen has represented a wide range of clients including service providers, manufacturers, distributions, retailers, restaurants, financial institutions, companies in the aviation industry, companies in the real estate business and nonprofit organizations. Ms. Mallen works extensively with subsidiaries of companies affiliated with Japanese corporations.
