T. Wayne "Wayne" Gray is a partner in the International and Cross-Border Transactions Group and Construction Industry Practice Group. He works in both our Washington, D.C. and Abu Dhabi, UAE offices. He has a diverse practice in domestic and international business and construction law, including project finance and privatization matters. In private practice since 1978 following government legal service, he represents business clients and private and government (domestic and international) owners, developers, contractors, construction managers, architects and engineer clients in virtually all phases of construction-related projects.
