Victor P. Filippini
heads Holland & Knight's Illinois Land Use and Government Practice Group, where he practices principally in the areas of state and local government law, as well as land use and development law. He is actively involved in the general representation of the firm's Chicago area local governmental clients, and has provided special counseling and litigation representation for many public sector clients, including the Villages of Bannockburn, Glencoe, Grayslake, Huntley, Lake Bluff, Lake Zurich, Long Grove, Northbrook, Roscoe, and Willow Springs, Ill.; the County of Lake, Ill.; Martin County, Fla.; the Illinois Department of Nuclear Safety; the Cities of Elgin, Highland Park, Lake Forest, Rockford, and Springfield, Ill. and Key West, Fla.; and the Lake County Forest Preserve District in Illinois. He also has provided similar counseling and litigation services on land use, development, and related business matters for private sector clients, including Beaver Creek Resort Company, Bunim-Murray Productions, Fisher Scientific Company, Ocean Atlantic Development Company, Pasquinelli Development Group, and Town and Country Homes.
