Victoria Heather Newman has a diverse litigation practice representing businesses and individuals in matters involving commercial disputes, contract litigation, business torts, products liability, § 1983 civil rights litigation and trade secret litigation. In her practice, Ms. Newman has extensive experience enforcing forum selection and arbitration clauses for Internet-based companies. She has jury trial and appellate experience, as well as experience representing clients in arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association. Ms. Newman is also an accredited attorney before the Department of Veterans Affairs.
