Vernon S. Lynch III has concentrated his practice in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions for more than 29 years, with particular emphasis on retail and office leasing and acquisition transactions. Mr. Lynch represents national, regional and local developers; state retirement and pension funds; state departments of transportation; municipalities and their agencies; educational and religious institutions; owners/landlords of shopping centers, regional malls and mixed-use projects; national, major and anchor retail tenants and operators; and sellers and purchasers of retail store operations, shopping centers and office buildings. The properties he has worked with have been located in Maryland, the District of Columbia, Virginia, California and more than a dozen other states.
Mr. Lynch has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating and documenting various declarations and reciprocal easement and operating agreements, site development agreements, ground leases, joint venture agreements and other sophisticated and complex real estate transactions documents.
