Warren M. Cason practices in the areas of corporate finance, banking/financial institutions, and public finance. Mr. Cason began his career in 1950 as an associate with an Orlando firm. From 1952-60, he was a partner in the Tampa firm of McEwen & Cason, then opened his own law offices in 1961. That practice evolved into Cason, Henderson & Baker, which continued until 1989 at which time he joined Holland & Knight. He served as Hillsborough County attorney from 1964-73 and as Tampa city attorney in 1978 and 1979. From 1960-65, he represented the west coast of Florida as a member of the State Road Board (now the Department of Transportation). Also, he was a former member of the Public Service Commission Nominating Council.
