William Gould is a partner in the firm’s National White Collar Defense and Investigations Team. His practice involves domestic and international enforcement defense with a focus on litigation and corporate compliance work on behalf of pharmaceutical and medical device companies. As a trial attorney and white collar litigator, he represents many companies and individuals in criminal and civil litigation, as well as in administrative matters before various federal and state agencies. His recent engagements include litigation and internal investigations involving the False Claims Act, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the federal Anti-Kickback Statute. He also provides advice regarding risk management to companies in many sectors of the defense and healthcare industries.
