William J. Mutryn is Co-Leader of the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group. He practices principally in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and corporate finance. Mr. Mutryn serves as principal outside counsel to a multitude of regional and national businesses in such fields as aerospace, defense, information technology, government services, computer software, health care, consumer products and staffing. In the healthcare industry Mr. Mutryn has represented providers of hospital services, long term care and mental health services as well as managed care firms.
