William J. Mutryn is a partner in the firm’s Northern Virginia office and practices principally in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and corporate finance and is co-leader of the firm’s national Corporate and M&A Practice Group. Mr. Mutryn represents both private and public companies in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, joint ventures and complex agreements. He also has extensive experience in securities, private equity transactions and corporate governance matters.
