In addition to general real estate transactions, Ms. DuBois' practice focuses on representing developers and hotel companies in negotiating and drafting hotel and resort management agreements, technical services agreements and license agreements. In addition, Ms. DuBois has considerable experience in structuring branded and non-branded residential projects, including negotiating and drafting residential development agreements, residential management agreements, residential marketing license agreements, club membership documents, rental program documents and related governing documents, including bylaws, master declarations, condominium declarations and shared facilities agreements.
