Alejandro Morlett Cueto is legal counsel for Mexican and foreign entities on corporate, mergers and acquisitions, real state and foreign investment matters. Mr. Morlett is an associate of the law firm Gallástegui y Lozano, S.C., which joined Holland & Knight on 1998.
Before joining the Firm in July 2007, Mr. Morlett worked as legal in-house counsel of Grupo Desc, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, real estate and corporate matters. He graduated with honors from Universidad Panamericana, in Mexico City.
