L. Kinder Cannon III serves as Holland & Knight's general counsel (senior) and served as the firm's general counsel from 2000 to 2011. He is a business lawyer whose practice has been concentrated in the areas of corporate finance, securities, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and franchising law.
In 2010, Mr. Cannon received the Chesterfield Smith Award from Holland & Knight, the firm's highest individual recognition given to a firm partner.
